Danish bookkeeping

Bookkeeping without the airs.

Invoices, expenses, VAT and e-invoicing, done properly. The app is in English and Danish; the bookkeeping rules are Danish until it is localised for your country.

€17 per user/month + €7 for Pastinak – or €13 per user + €5 billed yearly. Minimum 2 users. In the Team bundle, Pastinak costs €7/month (49 kr) for your whole company – however many you are. Team bundle for 3 users = €58/month (vs. €64 bought separately). All prices exclude VAT.

    Finance on the client Open and overdue invoices and a debtor overview in the company's Finance panel.

    Make the invoice from Newrise Invoices and quotes are made in Pastinak, from inside Newrise.

Hours don't become invoice lines. Newrise does not create invoices or quotes itself – they are made in Pastinak, including from inside Newrise.

Pastinak exports your entire books as SAF-T 2.1 and imports from your old system. Included in Free.

About Ordinem

We started with Clinio. Now it's Newrise and Pastinak.

Kenneth Melvej and Martin Kraft Poulsen founded Ordinem Group in 2023. We set out to build Clinio, a journal system for psychologists and therapists. We did, and today Clinio is developed and run by a new company, Clinio Medical Systems A/S.

Now we're going all in on Newrise and Pastinak. Both started as tools for our own company, and they're what we care about most. We build for small and mid-sized businesses in Denmark and internationally, in English and Danish.

  1. 2023 Ordinem Group is founded in Vejle. We build Clinio.
  2. Summer 2026 Clinio moves to Clinio Medical Systems A/S, which develops and runs it from here.
  3. Now Newrise and Pastinak. That's what we build.
